Meditation and Music in the Gardens Saturday 21 July

Join mindfulness meditation leader Carol Guppy from 10.15 for silent meditation in the Abbey Gardens, followed by music from harpist and singer Kachina Aimee from 11am. Chairs are available and the event will be under cover in the event of rain. Normal admission only, no need to book.

Herb Garden Walk & Talk Wednesday 25 July 6.30pm

Medical herbalist Julie Wood will lead a relaxing tour of the extensive herb garden at 6.30pm on Wednesday 25 July. Come and learn how the Anglo-Saxons used these plants for medicinal purposes, and how they are still used today for healing. No booking required £6 Adults, Children FREE. Cold Drinks and nibbles served.
